By accessing or using Glazimate's aluminium window and door estimation platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Glazimate provides an AI-powered platform for automating window and door takeoffs from architectural PDFs. Our Service includes project management, estimation tools, and quote generation features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Glazimate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Glazimate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
